Organisation
Oxfam IBIS's highest authority is the Board of Directors. It approves the year's activities and budget and is in close dialogue with the management. The board is involved in hiring senior management in Oxfam IBIS.
Oxfam IBIS is also part of the global Oxfam - a worldwide movement of people who give their time, energy and resources and really believe that the world can be different.
